Geographical situation :
On the west limestone plateau at Saint Martin in Saint Emilion.

Surface area :
7 hectares (17.29 acres).

Soil :
Asteria limestone and clay.

Average density of plantation :
6,500 plants per hectare.

Grape varieties :
- 70% Merlot,
- 20% Cabernet Franc,
- 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Average age of the vines :
39 years.

Average yield :
38 hectolitres per hectare.

Vineyard management techniques :
Vines grown in the traditional manner. Sustainable viticulture techniques are carried out in the vines of Beauséjour.

Harvest :
From October 2 to 5 for the Merlot,
October 9 and 11 for the Cabernets,
Manual picking with sorting of grapes on a vibrating sorting before and after de-stemming.

Vinification :
Plot by plot fermentation,
Vatting period lasting 4 to 5 weeks, in temperature-controlled concrete vats (60 hl to 80 hl),
Regular and repeated tastings during the vinification with Jean-Philippe Fort, the consultant œnologist of Laboratoire Rolland.

Ageing :
55% in new barrels, 45% in second-fill barrels, for a minimal period of 12 months.
